- Poached side of salmon dressed with cucumber and lemon
- Sliced honey roasted gammon
- Coronation or Cajun chicken
- Red onion and gruyere cheese pastry slice
- Quorn croissant ring
Salads –Select 4 from the list below
- Coleslaw
- Fresh green salad
- Tomato and red onion with vinaigrette
- Wild rice salad with orange & cucumber
- Pasta with roasted vegetables & tomato
- Sweetcorn and peppers
- Potato salad
Bread roll and butter are included
Dessert – Select two of the following:
- Pavlova with hazelnut, caramel or seasonal fruit and fresh cream
- Profiteroles filled with cream and served with chocolate sauce
- Luscious lemon pie
- Tiramisu
- Salted caramel cheesecake
- Individual lemon posset
- Banoffee pie
- Chocolate brownie & ice cream
and then add
- Fresh fruit salad and cream or selection of cheese and biscuits
Based on a minimum of 50 guests, the cost is £20.50 per head
We are willing to cater for less with an adjustment to the cost.
The price is exclusive of crockery and cutlery which can be hired for a small extra charge. These are to be returned, clean, after the function. Any staff required will incur an additional charge.
